About Us and These Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Redesign4Growth, your career and leadership growth coaching partner. We offer career coaching for experienced professionals, switchers, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and first-time C-level executives of future-oriented, high-tech companies. Redesign4Growth is operated by Diana Cherniavska, registered at Zu alten Kaserne 54, 40470 Dusseldorf, Germany, and is referred to as “we", "us".
Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") to get the best quality service from redesign4growth.com.
Some services offered by Redesign4Growth may have separate terms and conditions depends on scope and duration of the service.
1. Our Services
1.1. Coaching Programs - Personalized, one-on-one or small group sessions aimed at helping individuals develop specific skills, achieve personal or professional goals, and overcome challenges through guided support and feedback.
1.2. Training - Structured programs designed to teach specific skills or knowledge, often in a professional or academic setting, through lectures, exercises, and assessments.
1.3. Courses and Workshops - Interactive, short-term sessions focused on hands-on activities and collaborative learning, typically aimed at solving a problem, developing a skill, or exploring a specific topic.
1.4. Goach2Go - Membership Subscription Service offers on-demand access to your personal, experienced human HR consultant. It provides lifelong support that enables career freedom, develops leadership skills, and prevents burnout. It is delivered through ad-hoc microlearning.
2. Introduction Call
2.1. We offer an introduction call to help you select the most appropriate Service(s). This call also helps us assess your current situation and expectations for the process and outcome of our collaboration so we are better prepared to deliver purchased Services.
2.2. The typical duration of an introduction call is thirty (30) minutes.
2.3. This call is free of charge for new customers and customers who made their last purchase more than two (2) years ago.
2.4. You can schedule the introduction call on the Redesign4Growth website via the link Book a Call.
3. Purchase and payment
3.1. The Service can be purchased online at the Redesign4Growth website or by bank transfer. The payment method will be agreed in advance.
3.2. Payment covers the selected coaching program, including distributing digital and printed materials. Depending on the program or course, it may include access to individual user accounts on the Redesign4Growth website or third-party services and any certification issues by Redesign4Growth or third-party services.
3.3. In some cases, you may be required to pay a deposit fee for the Service. The deposit fee is paid online only on the Redesign4Growth website. When paying the deposit, you agree to cover the rest of the fee per the terms of the purchased Service. If you fail to pay by the agreed date, your participation in a program or course may be suspended. The deposit fee will not be reimbursed.
3.4. If the Service's cost exceeds 500 EUR for individuals and 3,000 EUR for organizations, it can be paid in installments. This only applies to programs with multiple sessions and an overall duration of at least three (3) months. Should the purchased Service be a one-day training or consist of sessions taking place daily for less than thirty (30) days, it should be fully paid at least 7 (seven) working days in advance.
3.5. The entire Service fee (and VAT if applicable) has to be paid in full by the end of the program. Changes in VAT may impact Service costs and may impact subscription prices.
3.6. Default in payment may lead to service restrictions.
3.7. Subscription fees are billed according to the chosen plan. See Subscribtion - section 8.
3.8. Price adjustments may occur due to market conditions. You will be notified about any price change in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance. The cost of a Service paid in full in advance will not change.
3.9. Price adjustments may occur due to changes in the delivered scope as suggested by either party. Any scope changes and associated price adjustments require written notice.
3.10. Cancellations and changes in payment methods can be managed via the customer account (if available) or by contacting us directly.
4. Locations, Travel and Accomodation expences
4.1. When a coaching program, training or workshop is held at a physical location, venue rental, transportation or related costs may be charged separately. The location of the venue will be agreed upon in advance and must accepted by all parties involved before the full payment or a deposit is made.
4.2. We can offer services at physical locations selected by customers. In such cases, the following conditions should be observed:
4.3. We provide services at physical locations mostly within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). Locations outside of these areas are subject to additional evaluation and pre-aproval.
4.4. The requested physical location is subject to our approval before making the payment or deposit. We reserve the right to refuse the provision of Services at the requested location or suggest alternatives. In some cases, online participation will be the alternative to attendance at the physical location.
4.5. The customer fully covers all travel and accommodation costs for any location outside of Dusseldorf, Germany.
4.6. Should visa sponsorship be required for traveling to a destination the customer selects, the customer bears all costs associated with obtaining the required visa.
4.7. Should the travel be not possible due to cancellations of transportation service, inability to obtain visa or any force majeure, the payments for the purchased coaching program might be partilly reimbursed if online delivery is not possible. At our discretion, we may offer to reschedule the services if the circumstances affecting the travel are resolved. In this case, you are responsible for fully covering the renewed travel and accommodation costs.
4.8. When purchasing a webinar, an online coaching program, or participating in an in-person program online, equipment charges may apply separately.
5. Working hours and availability
5.1. We provide Services Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 CET/CEST (“working hours”). Any request must be submitted via the Calendly booking service on our side and is subject to our availability.
5.2. If we are unavailable at the time requested, we will offer at least one alternative time slot as close as possible to your original request. Whenever you receive an alternative time slot from us, we require that you confirm it, otherwise we cannot guarantee its availability.
5.3. If you are our Subscription customer, we will do our best to join the conversation with you within twenty-four (24) hours after you submit the communication request. If the request is submitted on Saturday or Sunday, the earliest time slot for the communication will be Monday the following week. If the request is submitted on Friday, we cannot guarantee that the slot will be available the same week.
5.4. If you contact us via email or any other preselected messengers, you may receive an answer outside our working hours. Nevertheless, the policies of service availability apply for email communication the same way they do for other types of communication at the beginning of our cooperation unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
6. Programs, Courses and Workshops: Cancellation and rescheduling by participant
6.1. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to forty eight (48) hours for individuals and up to thirty (30) days for companies prior to the first session.
For individuals - If you cancel twenty four (24) hours before the first session, 50% of the Service fees will be charged. If you cancel later, no refund is possible.
For companies - If you cancel fourteen (14) days before the first session, 50% of the Service fees will be charged. If you cancel later, no refund is possible.
6.2. Cancellations should be made in written form via email. We will confirm the cancellation and refund the fees (if applicable) within fourteen (14) days.
6.3. If you want to terminate the Service while running, no full or partial reimbursement will be possible. However, we may offer you to pause the Service for up to three (3) months from the date of the requested termination and reschedule according to each party's availability.
6.4. If one or more individuals from a single entity (team or organization) want to terminate the course before it starts or while it’s running, no full or partial reimbursement will be possible.
6.5. Rescheduling will only be possible if more than 50% of participants are unable to attend the course. The new start date should be within three (3) months from the date of the requested rescheduling. No full or partial reimbursement is possible in this case. The rescheduling is subject to each party's availability.
6.6. Individuals from an entity (team or organization) who could not fully or partially participate in the course do not have the right to take the course at their own pace or reschedule individually. At our discretion, they may be eligible to receive course materials.
7. Subscription: Purchase, payment and cancellation by participant
7.1. The subscription plan can be purchased online at the Redesign4Growth website.
7.2. Payment covers the scope of the subscription service only and does not extend to any other Services.
7.3. Any subscription plan includes up to ten (10) hours of communication per month with us. There is no minimum commitment on your side.
7.4. Your subscription will not be canceled or suspended if you don’t use it in a particular month.
7.5. Your subscription plan may or may not include a monthly time credit allowance. If it does, it means you have a specific number of minutes or hours per month to use according to your subscription plan.
7.6. If you exceed your monthly allowance according to your subscription plan, you will be invoiced for your actual time usage within fourteen (14) days after the end of the month. If you did not use all of your time credit in the previous month, you will be charged only for your monthly subscription plan.
7.7. If your subscription plan does not specify a monthly allowance, you will be invoiced for all minutes or hours used in the previous month.
7.8. The invoice is to be paid within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the invoice.
7.9. If we don’t receive payment for the actual usage within fourteen (14) days after receiving the invoice, your subscription will be canceled. The monthly fee for the current month will not be reimbursed. We also reserve the right to initiate legal action if the invoice remains unpaid thirty (30) days after receipt.
7.10. The monthly allowance included in your subscription plan does not carry over to the next month, so you cannot accumulate minutes for calls over multiple months.
7.11. Payment covers the selected plan and distributed digital and printed materials. Depending on the plan, it may also include access to individual user accounts on the Redesign4Growth website or third-party services and any certifications by Redesign4Growth or third-party services.
7.12. Cancellations and changes in payment methods can be managed via the customer account (if available) or by contacting us directly.
7.13. Your subscription may or may not have a fixed term. If the duration of your subscription plan is specified (e.g., 6 months), it will automatically end at the end of the specified period.
7.14. If your subscription plan has no fixed term, you will continue to be automatically charged on a monthly basis unless you cancel the subscription.
7.15. If your subscription plan has no fixed term, you may cancel your subscription at least one day prior to the end of each billing cycle. Once the subscription is canceled, you will continue to receive the service until the end of the prepaid period. After that, you will automatically lose access to the Service.
7.16. If you cancel your subscription on the first day of the following billing period, you will be charged for the full period. Your subscription will be terminated automatically at the end of the month following your cancellation.
7.17. You can renew your canceled subscription anytime by purchasing one of the available subscription plans.
8. Cancellation of Service by Redesign4Growth
8.1. If we cancel the Service, you will be notified as soon as possible. Any fees already paid will be fully reimbursed. We are not liable for any consequential or secondary financial losses, or any other damages that occurred in case of the Service cancellation.
8.2. We reserve the right to change dates, location, course contents, and guest speakers. You will be notified about any changes as early as possible. If you do not accept the changes, you can cancel the service by following our cancellation policy.
8.3. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if you violate our service's payment, behavior, and participation standards. In this case, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused credit. You will be notified of the cancellation in writing.
8.4. We may cancel your subscription if we believe that the service you have purchased is not providing value to you. In this case, we will refund any unused subscription within fourteen (14) days. You will be notified of the cancellation in writing.
8.5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service without the refund, either partial or in full if you engage in verbal abuse directed towards the coach or other participants or your behavior affects the safety of the learning environment.
9. Behavior and Participation Standards
By using the Service, you are committed to the following:
9.1. Keep your login details secure and refrain from sharing them.
9.2. Not to permit the copying, recording, or distribution of any of the content of the Service without authorization.
9.3. Not engage in unauthorized use or abuse of the Service.
9.4. Be of legal age to use the Service.
9.5. Do not allow others to use or charge for the Service(s) you received from Redesign4Growth.
9.6. Agree to indemnify Redesign4Growth for damages resulting from misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.
10. Right of Modification
10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Conditions under specific circumstances.
10.2. Changes may be made for your benefit, technical reasons, legal compliance, or service enhancements.
10.3. You will be notified of changes that impact any contractual obligations with an opportunity to object. The notification will occur thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
11. Privacy
11.1. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal information.

12. Ownership of Intellectual Property
12.1. Redesign4Growth is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Service, including any content provided. All materials received through the Service are subject to copyright.
13. Technical Requirements and Service Quality for Online Participation
13.1. You need to ensure you have and maintain all necessary hardware, software, and connectivity to access the Service.
13.2. The quality of the connection during phone calls or sessions in the online meeting software may vary depending on the device, location, and internet connection.
14. Liability
14.1. Our liability, and that of any third-party right holder, to you is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual duty. A "material contractual duty" is essential for fulfilling these Terms and on which you regularly rely.
14.2. Liability is not limited to gross negligence, willfulness, death, personal injury, or fraud. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.

15.1. Email us for technical problems or other inquiries at help@redesign4growth.com. To assist you, we may require certain details, including your email address, details of the purchased Service, and payment information.
15.2. Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or payment details via email at help@redesign4growth.com.
16. Third-Party Services and Applications
16.1. We use third-party services and applications to deliver your Service(s). If this is the case, you will be notified before, at the beginning, or during the program or course. Upon request, we can provide the details of these services and applications so you can access their terms of use, privacy policy, or any other documentation.
16.2. Your use of third-party services and applications within our Service is subject to their terms of use or license.
17. Force Majeure
17.1. We and any third-party right holder are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, acts of God, or government regulations.
18. Third Party Rights
18.1. Certain sections benefit third-party rights holders and are enforceable by them.
18.2. You may not use third-party intellectual property without permission, and rights holders can enforce violations directly.
19. Severability
19.1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
19.2. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes as close as possible to the parties' original intention.
20. Applicable law and language
20.1. These terms and conditions are governed by German law. The consumer protection laws of your country apply.
