My career story

I have worked in HR & Talent Development for over 20 years, supporting and guiding experienced professionals and executives worldwide through inevitable career changes. They change jobs, switch careers, move to different countries, and we continue our cooperation because they like to stay out in the crowd and grow into the leaders they want to be. 

Most of my clients are future-oriented companies that develop and retain their leadership talents through strengths, relationship intelligence, and feedforward world-renowned methodologies.
