Q: - How much work will I be doing independently, and what will we do together in our sessions?
A: - I am here to guide you through the entire process, but your active participation is essential. We'll work together on various aspects, such as discovering your strengths, selecting potential industries, evaluating job roles and interesting positions, etc. I'll provide support, information, templates, and an alternative point of view. Some of these tasks will need your personal touch for a more authentic representation.
Q: - Can the payment be made per session, and what is the billing process like?
A: - Absolutely, we can arrange for payment per session. However, we prefer to have monthly payments because this reduces administrative work for both parties. No upfront payments are required, and invoices are subject to 19% German VAT. Now, you can pay via PayPal through the website, or we can send you an invoice.
Q: - Will you be writing my CVs and LinkedIn page for me?
A: - We will collaborate on crafting your CVs. However, you will write all documents that represent you, e.g., a resume, motivational letter, and LinkedIn profile. We will edit and make sure that your professional portfolio helps you stand out in a crowd! I will assist in making it look professional and appealing, but you'll be actively involved in the process.
Q: - What is the duration of each session, and how many sessions do I need in Sparring Partner?
A: - Depending on the content and theme, sessions typically run between 60 and 90 minutes. The 4-month timeframe is suggested, but flexibility is possible. We are flexible in scheduling the sessions based on your needs.
Q: - What happens if I need additional help after our agreed sessions?
A: - If you require more support, additional sessions can be scheduled with a pre-agreed price per session.
