2. What data we process
We process personal data that you actively provide to us as well as data that is generated technically when you visit the website.
2.1 Data from the contact form
If you use the contact form or otherwise contact us, we process in particular the following information:
name
e-mail address
phone number (if provided)
organisation or role (if provided)
your request and any further details you voluntarily include in your message
Please do not share particularly sensitive personal data (for example detailed salary information, or confidential information about your or your team members' roles, or about third parties) via the contact form. Sensitive matters are discussed with you confidentially in a personal conversation (see section 10).
2.2 Technical data when visiting the website
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files (see section 5).
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
responding to your enquiries and establishing contact
arranging, organising and delivering appointments and services (coaching, consulting, team and leadership development)
fulfilling contractual and pre-contractual obligations
operating, securing and improving the website
complying with statutory retention and documentation obligations
Under Swiss law, the processing is based in particular on your consent, on the initiation or performance of a contract with you, and on our overriding legitimate interest in operating the website securely and efficiently. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on Art. 6(1) GDPR (in particular consent, performance of a contract and legitimate interests).
4. Disclosure of data
Your data will only be passed on to third parties where this is necessary for the purposes stated, where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Processors engaged by us (for example for hosting, e-mail delivery, scheduling or form delivery — see sections 5, 6 and 7) process data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
5. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Squarespace Ireland Limited (First Floor, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland), which processes the resulting data on our behalf.
When you visit the website, information is automatically recorded and stored in server log files, in particular:
the IP address of the accessing device
date and time of access
the page or file accessed
the volume of data transferred
the browser type and operating system used
the previously visited page (referrer), where applicable
This data is used to provide the website technically and to ensure its security and stability. In normal operation, it is neither combined with other data sources nor attributed to you personally. Server log files are deleted or anonymised after 30 days.
6. Contact form and e-mail
Enquiries submitted via the contact form are transmitted to us by e-mail. The data you enter (name, e-mail address, your request and your message) is processed only for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
To prevent misuse (spam protection), your IP address may be stored briefly when the form is submitted and is then deleted automatically. This storage serves solely to limit automated requests and is not linked to the other information you provide.
You can also contact us directly at any time by e-mail (see section 1). Please note that unencrypted e-mail communication cannot be fully secured against access by third parties.
7. Cookies, audience measurement and fonts
7.1 Necessary cookies
To the extent technically required, this website uses cookies that are necessary for its operation: to store your language choice, to store your decision in the cookie notice, and to secure forms and the protected administration area. These cookies are required for the operation of the website and are set without separate consent.
7.2 Analytics and advertising cookies (only with your consent)
Beyond the necessary cookies described above, this website may use the following services to understand how the site is used:
Squarespace Analytics (Squarespace Ireland Limited, Ireland) — the analytics function built into our website platform. It records pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and the page you arrived from, and uses cookies to recognise returning visits.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA), where activated — statistical analysis of website use. Google sets cookies and collects pseudonymised usage data such as pages visited, device information and approximate location.
These services are activated only after you have given your consent via the cookie notice. Without your consent, no such cookies are set, and no persistent identifiers are stored. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the cookies set for this website and choosing "Decline" when the notice appears again.
Where these providers are based outside Switzerland or the EEA, data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers take place only on the basis of an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or a comparable safeguard. 7.3 Fonts and embedded third-party content
The fonts used on this website are provided through our hosting provider's infrastructure (see section 5) and, depending on the typeface, may be loaded from a font service integrated by that provider. When a font is loaded from an external service, your IP address is transmitted to that service.
This website also embeds content and functions provided by third parties. When a page containing such an element is loaded, your IP address and basic technical information about your device are transmitted to the relevant provider, which may set its own cookies. This applies in particular to:
Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) — appointment scheduling. Data you enter when booking (name, e-mail address, and any details you add) is processed by Calendly to arrange the appointment.
YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) — embedded videos. Where available, videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, so that YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you start playback.
LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Ireland) — links and embedded elements. Simple links to our LinkedIn profile transmit no data until you click them; embedded LinkedIn elements transmit data as soon as the page loads.
Registration and contact forms provided through our hosting platform (see sections 5 and 6).

9. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted once their processing is complete and no retention obligations prevent deletion. Documents relating to client engagements are retained for the statutory periods under Swiss commercial and tax law (as a rule, ten years).
10. Confidentiality in coaching and consulting engagements
Coaching, team development and consulting engagements involve confidential information about individuals, teams and organisations. All information shared with us in this context is treated as strictly confidential.
Content from coaching sessions, interviews and team diagnostics is not disclosed to any third party in individually attributable form without the express consent of the person concerned, unless we are legally obliged to disclose it. Where results are shared beyond the individual, this is done in aggregated or anonymised form, and the scope of any reporting is agreed with all participants in advance.
Engagement-related data is stored separately from the data collected via this website. Where diagnostic or assessment instruments are used, the specific data handling arrangements of the respective provider are communicated to you before the assessment takes place.
11. How we protect your information
While no service is completely secure, we maintain administrative, technical and organisational measures intended to appropriately protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorised alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, misuse, or other unlawful processing.
12. Children's privacy
Our services are directed at professionals and organisations and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. The version published on this website at the relevant time is authoritative.
